You had the item we needed and PayPal…

You had the item we needed and PayPal for payment. My computer was being hacked making my payment not go through but after getting that fixed I still could not use my account but I did use my card.

This guy knows what he's doing

This guy knows what he's doing! The fireplace in my new house was very much not up to code, and he fixed/replaced the damaged bits inside and out, and even resurfaced the interior so it looks fantastic! His timing was punctual, his fees are reasonable, and he'll tell you when it's cheaper to purchase materials yourself.

Was happy with order but 1 stove was bent. Sent it back,
I did not take a picture of the pipe the fedex driver did. It was shrink wrapped on the pallet with a dent.

I received a pair of fireplace doors…

I received a pair of fireplace doors that did not fit properly. The PNW sales rep (Justin) was able to guide me through the process of replacing the doors and got the replacement doors to me in a timely manner. Justin has been great to work with every time I have had any questions.

I received a defective product the first time and the customer service provided by both Lucas and Kyle were outstanding. They both turned a bad customer experience to an outstanding experience. They used patience, product knowledge, honesty, and continued communication to make this transition.
