The product you sold me is nothing but JUNK
The product you sold me is nothing but a piece of junk. The Regency fireplace insert will not burn without the door being cracked open a 1/2 inch. Plus when you add wood into the fireplace insert when burning smoke roll’s out into the room. Model I1150. It’s not getting enough air for proper combustion the damper is wide open, when the door is completely latched it doesn’t reach temperature to kick on the fan blower. Very disappointed with this fireplace insert!!!!
