The processing and delivery was fine, but I have a minor issue with the design of the bracket for 2kg ABC rated extinguisher. There is a metal strap which hold the extinguisher in place, and it is fixed to the holder at the back. It protrudes well beyond the holder frame, which means that it acts as a fulcrum when fixing the mounting screws. I fitted 6 mm rubber spacers to fix this, but either they should be provided or the bracket redesigned.
In my view the retaining strap is not ideal either. The release tab is bare metal, and is quite short - I can envisage difficulty finding and releasing the catch in a real fire situation.
