Had issues yet again with buying items and them not being shipped as they are back ordered even though there site claims there are in stock.

This is now the 2nd time this has, happened and I am beginning to lose faith

Items ordered & never received. Email response to enquiry as to their whereabouts said no idea what's happened will issue a credit.
No money received. Follow up email. No reply. Phonecall, advised refund will be issued, will take up to 14 days. No money received. Follow up email. No reply. Phonecall. Advised refund would be issued. No money. Another phonecall. Refund will be issued. Waiting another 14 days. No refund.

Shocking company.
Further phonecall, informed credit was triggered at the time of the call, still no refund & multiple lies. Manager would not return my call.

Trading standards and debt collector next.

Superb service . Ordered it early afternoon and it was delivered before 9.00 am the next day. Could not ask for more.

Good range with helpful information and good prices

I recently purchased 3 fire extinguishers for domestic use from this company which appeared to be good value. Unfortunately, whenI received the items I realised that two of them would be too big and heavy for either myself or my wife to use (we are both well into our 70's) so I wrote an apologetic email asking if I could replace them and if they could offer me some advice. The response was short, terse and very unhelpful. There was no advice at all re suitable replacements and I was told the items would have to be returned at my expense and there would also be a "restocking charge of 10%". Of course, I didn't realise the cost of transporting such items (more than the purchase price) so I am stuck with unwanted goods. I appreciate I should have done my homework but would certainly never buy anything from this company again in view of their lack of after sales service

Wrong items supplied. Had to drill the fixing board myself and pay for a fire action sign which should have been delivered with the order.

Absolutely terrible experience!
Firstly they're selling a product that is obsolete, taking the money and not making contact that there is no such product.
Secondly, after me having to make contact to find out what's going on, I get told that their alternative suppliers have never heard of such a product and I should expect a refund.
Thirdly, after countless calls to ask when this refund can be expected (now two weeks later and still nothing) I have now had to escalate the case to PayPal.
