I purchased a four-pack of Litter Genie refill bags from Firik. After receiving them, I tried installing one of them and soon found out they didn't work with my model, the Litter Genie Easy Roll. I personally had no idea this was a different model from the regular Litter Genie and, based on Firik's product description, I simply assumed the bags worked with all models. I reached out to support about making a return and would have been happy to simply return the three refills I didn't break the seal on and pay for return shipping, but they would not accept a partial return or offer any credit beyond a 10% off coupon for a future order. I understand I made a mistake, but this isn't the type of customer support I'd expect from a company. I certainly won't be purchasing from them again.

Just made my second order for cat litter replacement bags. This is a top notch product that lasts much longer than the other brands. And it's so much more affordable. I truly appreciate this company.

Firik cheapened up their cat litter cartridges and they are awful. The plastic bag is very thin, unlike past orders, and they added a cheap perfumey fragrance to cover up the cat litter smell. Obviously they knew cheapening the plastic would allow the odor to permeate and exit the confines of the bag, so they hoped the scent would cover it up. It doesn't and I now have a 4 pack that is headed to the recycle bin. A shame because they used to be really good.

These liners work great with our litter genie. They are strong and we do not smell any odor. Highly recommend them!

I was really glad I found this place. It was easy to order; delivery was when they said it would be and just easy to work with and order. I have a cat litter genie and the refills I previously bought were so hard to figure out and trying to pull the end through was ridiculous. I think I ruined a few of them figuring it out. I found your refill product and they are great. I love them. They make my life so much easier. Thank you.

Fit the litter genie perfectly. Plastic bag is sturdy, not likely to break in the least. More product than the litter genie refills. Love the little dot marker to show the beginning of the roll.

I am so happy to have the cartridges for my litter genie - they are much stronger than the ones I used previously and last longer. Delivery was in a very short time.

Expedient delivery. Works as advertised. I did have to modify my liter genie, but other than that it’s all good.

Great product, fast shipping.

Good quality bags at a great price and FINALLY, a Litter Genie bag that has a sticker on the end of the bags so we can find the starting end of the plastic and not waste the entire roll searching for it. Litter Genie owner's who use LG bags know what I'm talking about.

Amazon stopped carrying the bags I was using so I took a chance and tried these. They are high quality bags and the shipping time is FANTASTIC!!!

First, this is an honest review. Typically I do not write reviews but thought I should give credit where credit is due. Not sure why but Amazon no longer sells their product. I took a chance with their website thinking it may be a scam. The day after the order was placed I received a valid tracking number, 2 days later the package was sitting in my garage. Everything went perfect. There were questions whether it shipped from the US or if we had to wait months from China; it was indeed shipped form the US (if memory is correct Cleveland, Ohio).
They are a fraction of the litter genie price and work just as good. Not to mention they are several longer so you get more.
If you get anything from this review it should be, Take the chance.

The bags for the Litter Genie are great! I received my order quickly and with no issue. I've ordered them twice from Firik and will continue to order from them.
