We have had the Miraculix the boat was general well equipped. Short come was that the fridge partly was not working neither with onshore power supply nor with on board. A light in the helm area and table area outside would be nice. The one on the floor is not helpful. But the worst experience was during the check in with an absolutely u friendly staff who was not willing to explain us the details of the boat - this person really made our start of the sailing turn very unpleasant after talking with others they had same experience - this person doesn’t understand what is customer service! In total contradiction to the reception that was 5star plus. Overall a. Ice trip with first class sailing but without first class service

We rented a sailboat in Mallorca from this company this summer and had an amazing experience! The team was extremely receptive and always ready to clarify any doubts we had. Their explanations were precise and clear, and they took their job very seriously. The boat was very clean and well-maintained, with all the necessities we needed on board (food and cleaning stuff aside). The description of the boat matched perfectly what we found when we arrived, which was a great relief. We would highly recommend this company as a partner for a vacation in the Balearics. The quality-price ratio was honest and fair, making it a great value. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely rent from them again. 5/5 stars.

There are plenty of charter companies in Mallorca but I highly recommend this one. We haven’t found this quality of yacht and service for the same price anywhere else. The yacht was superbly well equipped and in perfect condition. The service from booking through to check in and check out was excellent, friendly and personal. We will use them again next time.

The service was fast, honest and the boat was clean and as advertised.

The Catamaran was clean and available on time and we didn’t have any issues during the week.

All in all, we had a great time and would use FCS again next year.

The reception, the people, very well mantained Bali 4.0 Escape, it feels so complete that you wouldn’t want to disembarque after 7 days but stay longer, waaay longer 😀
