The server is secure however some issues that come they are not really able to help instead they will go into a blame loop to avoid they having anything to do with it
the support are just not professionals and will laugh at you in your face or make rude comments or even worst login names so you can read them later on

Had a VPS server here for a few years now and never had a problem. Support is quick to respond and happy to help, would recommend to anyone.
We have a server with them. The server is down from last 1 week and they are saying we cannot give a time frame for the resolution. If you generate a support ticket, they give you a rude reply. Just waiting for the server to be back so that I can move to a new host.
I was in the market for a server and seen a Dedicated Server advert advertising Dedicated Servers for £15.95 on WHD, So I did a search of the company (First2Host) and found this site and the reviews, I was skeptical because that's a very cheap price for a Dedicated Server but I gave it a go because they offer a money back guarantee anyway. I received my server in an hour and so far I have no complaints and, at this price I can see me purchasing more.
Been the proud owner of a VPS server for over a year now I find the speed of the VPS fast and the support just as fast although I pay £10 extra per month for a managed package containing a Long Term Support Plan, they update my software and fix any issues I have.
Hosting with First2Host has been pleasant, I can host as many domains as I like from one control panel using the addon domain feature once logged in. I use Shoutcast to play music and adverts to my users which is another cool feature.
I think this host seems to be more for Resellers because of the features in cPanel but even if you just have one site at £2.99 its cheap.
Having not been a customer for very long (1~3 months) so far I have no complaints. I signed up for an IPv4 server priced at £39 as soon as I had paid via PayPal I received my server details via email, The site doesn't mention instant setup for Dedicated Servers only VPS Servers so I was quite impressed, I always thought these types of server had to be connected manually. I'm using my servers for SEO reasons so I'm about to purchase my second server now. I can't really comment on the support because I haven't needed any but I have no doubts if I do need it I will get it.
I have had a Reseller account and Dedicated Server from First2Host for a year, I find the service second to none. Help is always available but rarely needed. One to try if you need hosting services.
Been a long term customer of First2Host (2 years) I moved from a larger host to these guys and I find I get a great friendly no fuss service, It's fast and value for money. The advanced features are a big plus.
I began with First2Host over a year ago on a reseller account. I signed up, logged into my WHM and there were no options. Once I contacted support they told me that their WHM was not the latest version. I can only think I was the only customer to sign up for that package, because surely if every other customer had that version they wouldn't have been able to use their WHM properly?
Since then it has been fine until now. I was sent an email with my invoice on and then once to remind me that it was nearly overdue and a third to tell me that my hosting had been suspended two days after the invoice went overdue! They then charged a late fee of £5, when I only pay £2.99 a month for my hosting. No where in there terms and conditions did it state that I would be charged this, nor on any email sent to me did it state this. You will also find that, at the current time, in the UK you can only charge 8.5% per annum on overdue invoices.
Finally, the account suspended page. Once my account had been suspended, when trying to access my domain I was greeted with loud music and a cartoon running across the page with the text "Holy Smoke! Where's It Gone?, Everyone PANIC....YOU JUST GOT 503'D". I find this incredibly unprofessional. I have since terminated my account with them.
Their hosting may also run incredibly quickly at times, however their is an equal amount of times when it just doesn't work or load at all.
I must say these guys are better than hostgator, their hosting speeds out do the big names..
