Amazing Company with Great Opportunities!

First Active 365 has offered me so many opportunities over the years. I’ve been with this company for more than three years now, and I believe that my years of staying are already proof of how good this company is. I will continue to work hard and do my best as part of this amazing team. Forever be thankful to the company and to Reiss for the trust and continuous support. I truly appreciate everything and look forward to growing even more with First Active 365!

Positive and Great Place

I’ve been working with this company since 2020, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible experience. From day one, they’ve shown a genuine commitment to both their staff and the people they care for.

What really sets this company apart is the flexibility...they truly understand the importance of work and life balance and always do their best to accommodate personal circumstances. The training provided is excellent, constantly updated to ensure we’re delivering the best possible care.

The team itself is just amazing...positive, supportive, and passionate about what they do. It’s a genuinely uplifting environment to be part of.

As for the care provided to clients, it’s of outstanding quality. The company is always looking for ways to improve and go the extra mile. I couldn’t recommend them more .Both as an employer and a care provider.

I joined Firstactive365 November 2022…

I joined Firstactive365 November 2022 when I left my permanent job from being mistreated and bullied in the workplace. I have always been treated with respect, understanding and provided shifts the suit my preferences.

Since I have been working with FA365 I have been offered high level training which provides me to do my job to the highest standard. Being offered to progress from not just the Carehome work but into complex care, being offered training more complex needs.

I have been offered many different team leader and senior roles while working for first active, but I have always stayed and been loyal, not just for the flexibility but for the respect, the understanding and how lovely the staff are! They’re always available to answer my questions or calls 24/7 and offering me shifts and providing work when it becomes available!

I would recommend anyone who wants to be work flexible/extra hours, or want to get into more person centred complex care 1:1 / 2:1 placements!

& yes they offer PAYE & Umbrella!

Avoid this company - Poor management

I had a deeply disappointing experience with First Active 365 and would not recommend them to anyone seeking professional treatment or support.

This morning at 08:46am, I received an unexpected phone call from Reiss Roberts (a manager at the agency) after leaving a Google review. He began the conversation aggressively, saying:
"I don’t think you are compliant or ever have been."

I explained that I had previously worked with First Active in Worcester without issue. He dismissed this, cut me off mid-conversation, and proceeded to ask in a confrontational tone:
"OK, what’s the problem?!"

The call was hostile from the start. Reiss was argumentative, dismissive, and admitted he hadn’t even read my full review before calling. When I questioned why he was speaking to me in such a rude and unprofessional way, he gave a brief apology—but immediately continued in the same aggressive manner, repeatedly asking:
"What’s the problem?"

There was no clarity provided moving forward. I felt belittled and upset by the tone and conduct of someone in a managerial role.

If this is the level of professionalism displayed by a manager, it raises serious concerns about how the agency treats its staff and candidates overall.

Based on this experience, I will never work with this agency again. I strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with First Active 365.
