I recently completed my first aid training, and the entire experience was incredibly thorough. Every step was clearly explained, which greatly enhanced my understanding. Hotel Staff Genuinely interested
These guys have been brilliant on carrying out this Fire Safety training. They have taken a group of hotel admin staff, and created a proper interest in fire knowledge (not just the mandatory online fire videos).
After spending a morning with Mark, they genuinely seem to care more about the processes and will assist in the hotel safety. “It’s not just maintenance responsible, it’s everyone’s job”

A detailed and understandable course. The staff were friendly and made everyone feel comfortable and involved at all times. They offered a good range of practical and non-practical work throughout the course. They took the time to make sure everybody was on the same page and understood the content we were being taught. 10/10 teaching and an overall 10/10 course.
