Five stars

Five stars. The instructor was fantastic and took the time to make sure we really 'got' the CPR and AED steps. It wasn't just a boring lecture—it was a detailed, hands-on run-through that actually built my confidence. If you want a course that’s both professional and easy to follow, this is it.

Professional and thorough

Abi was professional, encouraging, and patient. She had everything we needed to complete the course thoroughly. The class size was small so I got a lot of one to one teaching. I would highly recommend the course.

I attended the one day First Aid at Work course. It was delivered expertly by Abi. She was very professional and made the course very digestable. I came away feeling confident and capable in my knowledge. Many thanks

2 Day Refresher

Abbie was a truly wonderful instructor. The course itself was excellent, and the two-day First Aid refresher was concise, informative, and extremely well delivered. Abbie kept the entire group engaged throughout, maintaining a great pace while making the content clear, practical, and easy to understand. Her enthusiasm and knowledge made the training enjoyable, and she kept us motivated and keen to learn from start to finish.

Abi is an incredible trainer

Abi is an incredible trainer, she is clear, asks good questions to make sure we are all following along, and paces the course very well.

She also remembers all of our names which i think is amazing.
