I got this policy January 15th
I got this policy January 15th, 2026 and called in 2 separate claims and paid $125.00 for claim which totaled $250.00. After vendors came out I was informed by First American Home Warranty that the claims were denied. The first claim was for garage door not opening correctly, the vendor verbally quo$850.00 for new rollers and hardware, then, received quote in email for 1241.00 and policy doesn't cover it. The 2nd claim was for a washer leaking however the vendor took over 3 weeks to show up,however, the technician found where the leak was and I would need a new assembly tray and hopefully it will stop the leak. I contacted vendor and found out that it was going to cost me out of pocket $234.85. Don't waste your money they are a rip off.
