Great Service

We moved over to First Call after using the same company for over 10 years. Making such a transition we were quite nervous, however it couldn't of gone any smoother. From our initial meet right through to implementation and now ongoing support, our experience has been fantastic. Jane and the team are very helpful if we have any queries, and making any amendments to the rota is never a problem. We are very happy with the service

We have worked with First Call Helpdesk…

We have worked with First Call Helpdesk Ltd for more than 8 years with them providing all of our branded and customer branded help lines. As our first line of response and the main interface with our consumers I can certainly recommend their approach and ability to replicate a companies tone and the technical understanding required to answer queries and warranty requests for our range of power tools and garden power tools.

Reliable HelpDesk Service Provider

We have used First Call Helpdesk for many years and found them to be a reliable service provider. Although we don't have a high number of callers, each one is important and they need to receive a professional service.
