The bus broke down on the way to Big Bear, but no one informed us! When I called dispatch that morning after the bus didn't arrive, they knew right away why I was calling. The lady said "Are you calling about the Big Bear bus?" And then she just told me casually it broke down and they were getting the driver a new bus. It made me wonder if that was even the truth!

I was actually impressed that the bus was swapped out so quickly (kudos on that). The driver must have been early and a 2nd bus ready in the wings to take over.

I do love working with Jessica to book and plan the buses each year. She is so organized and wonderful to work with!!

First driver was on time. I was hoping the driver can speed up a little. But, of course, safety first.

I called the office and requested for the second driver to come and pick us up 15 minutes earlier. To my disappointment, they were going to charge me more. So I said, nevermind.

To my surprise, the second driver was there I believe 2 hours early.
It was less stressful knowing that we can get to our destination ahead of schedule.

Trip went smooth and all students, teachers and chaperones were happy.;
