We had a great experience with First Charter Bus! From the ease of rental to the wonderful owner, and the super friendly bus driver, Crystal, who came to pick us up. Overall, I would definitely work with this company again and highly recommend them for any events!

Excellent service from the office to the Bus ride in Frederick, Md area
Excellent service from the office to set this bus reservation up - very flexible in changing contract to match my chaning plans during covid with no penalties; amazing bus driver -very friendly, professional and had lots of great spirit. It's a school bus so I was surprised my guests received first class service. I would highly recommend this transportation for events - the price is right and the service from start to finish was excellent. I rented 2 busses from the Baltimore office who supported us in the Frederick area for our event.

We are very pleased with your service
We are very pleased with your service! The wedding was first scheduled for June 13, 2020 then rescheduled for August 2020 and then rescheduled for Aug.2021. At every step of the way, with every change First Charter employees were above and beyond caring and professional. When the final day came all three bus drivers contacted me to let me know they were on the way, and when they got to the destinations for pick up they were in contact with me to ensure everyone who was supposed to be on the bus was accounted for. Our drivers were Dontay, Hugo and Pedro. They were amazing, the guests and our family loved their professionalism and courtesy. I will recommend First Charter to anyone who needs a charter rental!

Local Branch Phone Numbers
One problem...when I called to check on the bus the morning of our trip, none of the phone numbers for Baltimore branch worked. I called each one twice. There was either no answer or it was the wrong number. In fact, I think I woke two people up from sleeping. Thankfully, our driver called me a few minutes later.
