The busses dropped us off at our event…
I’m very disappointed with this company after looking forward to working with them for my sororities formal event. The busses dropped us off at our event over an hour late when our event started at 7. The second bus was scheduled to arrive no later than 8 and arrived at 8:45. Our bus was scheduled to do two rounds of pick ups to take us home from our event that ended at 10pm and the second round when our event was over at 11. The first bus left with only 30 of our 150 girls. The second bus arrived at 12:30am, leaving majority of our girls stranded in the lobby of our venue in Atlantic City for an hour and a half. The company gave us no way to contact the drivers to let us know where they were, so we were left worried we had no ride home. This put many of the girls at risk as we ordered a bus for my sororities formal and we were left thinking we had no ride home over 30 minutes away from our school.

We used First Student for wedding transportation. The driver (Joe) was courteous and timely. He even turned the bus around for one of our guests running behind. Very accommodating! Glad our guests could enjoy the festivities knowing they didn’t have to drive back to the hotel!
