Transportation went off without any problems!!! The driver was friendly and made it a great experience for all.I highly recommend Firsy City Charter...very easy to work with and reliable.
We used them for our daughter's wedding to bring guests to and from the event.

The driver couldn’t find the super 8…
The driver couldn’t find the super 8 motel and just ended up skipping it. Also had multiple complaints about “crazy” driving that was making people sick.

No A/C
For the 2nd year in a row that we've rented, the storage bin door on the bottom of the bus came open on the highway. Thankfully only a backpack was ruined, but don't believe this should happen. Really wish they had a bus with AC especially when driving for 3 hours and it's 95 degrees out.

Last minute booking. Very happy with service!
First Student was able to accommodate a last minute booking for our group, which was a life saver, since another company canceled on us just two days prior to a big event.
The driver was awesome, the bus was nice, and everything went very smoothly. We couldn't be more impressed with this company.

Terrific, economical option. Great local contact.
The person we worked with locally, Michelle, was fantastic. She knows her area and planned things out for our shuttle perfectly. My only complaint would be the fact that someone in California tries to do the contract for an area they don’t know at all. This resulted in a complete change in our contract once we worked with the local person.

The local dispatch and national customer service reps were both very helpful in getting our bus route set. Service the day of was phenomenal, and pricing was reasonable. I would recommend using this service for a wedding or party shuttle again.

I believe that I ordered a bus that allowed drinking. I may be mistaken though. But when our buses arrived the drivers did not allow alcohol on the bus.
