Bus driver was respectful & curteous

Bus driver was respectful & curteous. He arrived early for pick up. We knew how to reach him for pick up at each of our stops. He make sure our boarding of the bus was in safe locations. Would definitely use again.

The bus was late on both days

The bus was late on both days; on Monday we were given notice, on Tuesday there was no acknowledgement. I had called on Monday to check on the route and was told to expect a call back on Tuesday since the specialist on the phone could not make the needed changes. I never received that call back, and several students reported that the bus did not come to their stop. Neither I (as the program director) nor the parents (who are paying for the bus) are happy.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked 1st student for my daughters wedding, obviously a very important event. A week before the event a called to confirm the itinerary and that they would have directions to the various stops, they said that they did . The day before the event they called me and had the itinerary wrong, I had to go over it 3 times to make sure it was correct. I called later again that day to make sure we wouldn’t have any surprises the day of the wedding and they gave me the name of the driver and phone #. I called the driver the morning of the wedding to make sure she had directions to the various stops, she assured me she did. The driver got lost with the guests on the way to the venue and a guest had to tell her how to get there, thank God they were not late for the wedding. She also did not have the directions to the Christmas tree farm for the photos and the GROOM had to give her directions. I was very disappointed in the service provided especially after the many phone calls to ensure there would be no issues the day of this very very important event !!!

They were picking up about 50 kids to…

They were picking up about 50 kids to bring them from a temple to a party venue. They were on time, got the kids to the party venue without any issues, and the bus driver was completely courteous to me and kept the kids under control. Thanks!

Some Mishaps

I had a trip on 10/28/19, and a bus went to the wrong school even though the trip confirmation said the itinerary correctly.

It also takes FOREVER to hear from the branch after placing the quote with the reservations office.
