Should have arrived before ten and had me ride the route with all three drivers. They did not follow the route we had given them. According to people downtown they only went there a couple of times. They were supposed to hit all three stops each circuit and they did not. They did stay to make sure everyone at battlefield got back to parking even though program ran long

Well Taken Care Of!
When we had to make a change to our reservation, First Charter was very understanding in making the change and sending updated reservation details in less than an hour! In addition, our Bus Driver, Dutch, was wonderful and so friendly! She was very prompt and made sure we were all "Well Taken Care Of"! She fit right in with our group and we would love to have her again!

Our company rented a bus to shuttle…
Our company rented a bus to shuttle employees and retirees from our parking lot to an event on a Saturday evening. The driver was awesome! Everyone who rode the bus had nothing but nice things to say about being shuttled to the event and how it went so smooth! Many thanks for helping our folks out and for making the whole process super easy!
