Hired for Wedding - would not hire again
Hired for our wedding. Driver did not follow scheduled route/time. We did not get all four pickups that we paid for. Was advised that one of our guests asked the driver to stop at a liquor store early in the route, driver should not have followed this request as the remaining pickups were missed. Wedding party, including bride and groom, did not get picked up and had to make alternative arrangements.

The individuals in your front office…
The individuals in your front office recorded my mobile number incorrectly, which resulted in the bus drivers being unable to contact me leading up to the event. I used the day of contact phone numbers to reach out to your company and nobody responded until Monday morning, two days after the event. Lastly, the bus driver got lost on the way to the event causing late arrival of guests to the ceremony.

No directions were followed
No directions were followed, no communication between us and the drivers, all participants were upset about being left or having to revisit places because the drivers weren’t driving the loop provided. Very frustrating night because we went with your company.
