We needed First Student when we were in a pinch for a field trip. The bus was on time for pickup and drop off. Bus driver was polite and helpful. They were a bit pricier than our other company but overall they were great.

I booked the day prior to our wedding and they were able to find a bus within 2 hours, which was great! Everything went as planned. They picked up our guests from the hotel at the time requested. Everything worked out perfectly. Will definitely book again when needed.

Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience with first student charter. The local chapter did not have record of our reservation in their system and buses were two hours late picking up our ticket holders for our event. It was incredibly stressful for our production team and required us to reimburse ticket holders for getting transportation elsewhere. Although they called me on Monday morning to discuss, it was incredibly stressful and disappointing.

Our driver showed up early, he was super friendly and helpful and helped us unload the bus for a tailgate. Overall a great experience!!

Prices were good and Drivers were great as was communication. While both buses had AC (temp was in high 90’s) one bus had AC that was broken.

First Charter bus provided excellent service for our guests at our wedding.

Our driver did an excellent job of navigating crazy city traffic in the morning, which allowed us to reach our destination on time. He was super considerate as he wanted to make sure he dropped our group in an ideal spot.
