Horrible. Booked over a month in advance, gave them notice and clear explanations of pick up and drop off. Explained the event and the specifics of the locations. Clarified the location and ensured it was safe for busses. They agreed and signed off on all details. THE DAY OF our wedding they informed us they wouldn't be coming due to safety concerns (no further info provided). We contacted the service to get a refund and they said well it says they came on their end..we'll open a case. No ability to speak to a manager, no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience of all of our guests nearly missing our wedding... truly lovely. Do yourself a favor and NEVER consider this company.

First charter was very supportive and responsive as we finalized our shuttle plans for our wedding from multiple hotels to the venue and at multiple return times.

Ellie was incredible. She made it a great experience for everyone from decorating the bus with disco balls and lights to asking what kind of music we wanted to hear. She ever heard us talking about music and switched to that artist to go with our conversation. She was on time, extremely polite, fun and a safe driver. Five stars all the way!

Contract confirmation says DEPART 9 PM, however Venue coordinator and all guests waited a 1/2 hour outside for buses pick up after our event. Bus drivers to the event and back were friendly. The only downside was the LATE pickup beyond expected and in writing on contract. The office and communication throughout was positive. This review is constructive criticism per your request. The bus driver tried to drop our guests off a mile from our destination and argued with the guests that they did not have the correct address on file when they did. When they finally got to the venue, they did not drop guests off at the front door, rather the road and made our guests walk up the long driveway to the entrance. At the end of the evening, they closed the doors on a few guests and told them to get on the other bus which was already full. They were left behind and had to call an Uber.

We purchased 2 buses to and from our wedding but we only had 1 bus to the wedding and 2 at the end of the night.

Driver was on time, flexible and made the day run super smoothly. Would absolutely use them again.

First student was a great choice of transportation for our wedding! We had numerous changes we had to make to timing and they were super flexible and there right on time! They drove guests back from our after party early and were very laid back about how rowdy we were. Thanks again for a great exoerience!

The bus never showed up. We had to transport the students in our personal cars at an expense of time and fuel. Stacey, the woman at your company that tried, unsuccesfully, to contact the driver, offered to deliver another bus in 40 minutes. That was not acceptable because the students were leaving on a tall ship from a Boston pier that had to be off the pier at 11:30. Stacy promised to refund our money.

Last year we booked the same trip. The bus showed up at least 30 minutes late.

Frankly, refunding the money is a step in the right direction. Additional compensation for our fuel costs would be fair.
