School Coordinator
Our teachers had a very difficult time in communicating with the bus driver as they requested for some basic transportation services. For example, one of our teachers requested to have the A/C on since our students were feeling extremely warm and the driver gave them a very difficult time in accommodating for them. Another one of our teacher was also trying to get some clarity on the drop-off location as they were concerned our Kinder students would be walking excessively on campus to get to the museum. Lastly, the driver didn't seem to provide them with the bus safety protocol that most drivers share out prior to departure. Overall, our teachers were not pleased with their bus transportation experience. Due to this, I don't intend to continue our school business with First Charter Bus.

The bus driver was late and the bus had some malfunctions. Also, the driver was not very friendly and didn't know the directions of where to drop us off and pick us up even after I shared the location maps.
