TO BE AVOIDE!!! Never delivered my order

TO BE AVOIDE!!! I placed an order in December 2024 for almost $1,300 (Ref. FCM-19454) and, after more than 9 months and over 20 unanswered emails, I have still never received my order.

This company shows a shocking lack of professionalism: the customer service ignores repeated requests, and even the CEO, Mark Clark, copied on several emails, has done absolutely nothing!!!

It is unacceptable for a business to treat its customers this way. DO NOT ORDER from First Choice Marine if you expect to be delivered or assisted!

Very poor company who have no customer…

Very poor company who have no customer service and if you purchase online and need to return the item there is no return postage paid so you will loose cash. Make a purchase at your peril and your cost.

Poorly ran business

Poorly ran business, can hardly get anyone to answer the phone. When they do answer and ask for the Manager. They just say she is not here and when you ask when she will be there. The only answer you can get is I'm not sure, she shows up whenever. I will never order parts for boat again from here. Avoid them. First Choice, more like Worse Choice.
