Admitted my floor was badly installed and then refused to return any communications
Jonathan (director) admitted there is a problem with the installation of my hard wood floor and said they would fix it. After chasing many times over a six month period, I offered a compromise to try and recover enough of the payment to cover getting someone else to remedy the problem. I still heard nothing.
My final recourse was the small claims court, but I was advised that even for £1000+ it would not be worth the effort and time.
Most concerning is that I pointed out that the floor was not level when Jonathan measured up for the job. He suggested it would not be a problem and I believed him. His team then clearly made no attempt to level it before installation.
Do not fall for the apparent professionalism.
