Excellent service. My experience was truly 1st class. Had multiple door handles to change and they came through. Fast efficient service for a very reasonable fee. He even gave the mini key tags for free! I would definitely recommend. Thank you for your service.

Amazing service got me out of a right jam locked my keys in my boot like a div after waiting nearly 11 hours for other services mark came out and did the job on one of the hardest cars on the market to crack I take my hat off to him and on farthers day to thank you so much

What an amazing service. My Daughter locked her keys in the car and didn’t have a spare. She has a newborn who had a GP appointment. Mark couldn’t do enough for us. From first call to everything being sorted within 45 mins. He had a couple of jobs before us but pushed us up the queue due to baby. Communication was amazing. First class service. Thank you Mark 🤩

Over several months I'd tried every key-cutting shop in Mansfield but no-one could get me a replacement for my old plastic VW key. My car mechanic, Nick Dove, recommended Mark and I can't speak highly enough of him. Mark came the same day and had to manually work out the key/barrel codes. He did this in the dark and cut me 2 sturdy metal keys on site, which work great.

Took our car to the garage with a key fob issue. Unable to sort it. Rang Mark who was extremely helpful and knew exactly the problem. Came out within half an hour on a Saturday and fixed both keys for half the price that the manufacturer would have charged. Result. Thank you Mark

I can’t recommend this company enough, we lost our only key to the patio doors which meant it was unlocked. I messaged 1st class locksmiths at 7.30am on a Sunday/bank holiday weekend to see if he could help! Within 6 mins of messaging I was given help, advise and a solution. By 9.30 the same morning I have 2 new locks and 5 keys for both locks! What more can I say other than prompt, genuine, efficient and extremely outstanding … thank you so much to 1st class locksmith if I could give 10 stars I would have! Absolutely excelled yourself.

Mark came out to fix the broken ignition barrel on my van. He replaced the barrel and sorted me out with a new key and a couple of spares. He’s a lovely guy, he makes sure you know exactly what’s going from the very beginning until the job is finished and how much it will cost before hand. I can definitely recommend him. I was looking for a key cut on my Lexus..I had ordered and after market key fob offline. I was quoted £190-300from most companies for the cut being a remote central locking key.
This guy amazingly said £30 if I was to use my own fob and £50 if he was to supply the fob. So I snapped is hand off. Hopping not to be ripped off. Wow! This guy was abseloutly amazing and very informative, friendly and went through every process with me. I thought the programming transmitter was dead and no longer working in my fob before I met him. Now I know both my transmitter are working perfect just needed manually restoring. Would highly recommend to anyone. Fantastic customer service and A1 work.

Mark has gone above and beyond to help me fix the central locking in my Ford focus . From start to finish he was really helpful , Mark came out at very short notice which I really appreciate as I needed the car for work . I will definitely be using his services again when needed . I can’t thank Mark enough for his help, basically I was stuck in a car park, my key had fell to pieces, I hadn’t a clue where to start tbh.. luckily I got hold of Mark’s number.. unfortunately he was away on holiday BUT he was still happy to help put the key back together (with telling me what to do over the phone) and get home safely.. nothing was to much trouble from him.. he was amazing with me because I was getting a bit panicked about the situation..

I rang up the firm to explain what was wrong the engineer came out with in 2 hours and made a first class job and the price was very reasonable
