This company are a thief and a liar. It’s has taking a very long time to get my website alive but now the backend of the website I’m able to use cadential’s they gave be to navigate the backend of my website and website haven’t been up not even 2 months and my email that I purchased from don’t even work they trying to get me to pay an additional amount of money kind you I have already paid over 2,000 dollars for this website that still have mistakes and needs correction. They talk to you rude and belittle you always seeking extra money for things that you have already paid and they want you to pay again. This company is also Americanlogodesigners this company have lots of name so please be aware.

Total crooks they overcharge. Like loan sharks

I've been with this company for 2 plus years. I've paid over 38k at this point to the company. At this point I'm beside myself. The first person that was my company's case person, lied alot and was removed from working with me. Then I get a second who actually tried to work with me and they want to remove him. I worked with many people in the company and Robert is the first person to have customer service skills of any kind. They are going to fire him to try and squeeze me for more than what was agreed on, til I get the check I was promised. The check is from a court case that ended in June/July, I was told I would be getting it originally in August, it is May now. I cursed them out on the phone because who uses someone like that. Telling me pay or someone looses there job, it's brutal any way you look at it. Then they tell me I'm abusing them...

So this is a follow up to our last review. So far we are out over $17,000 and have received nothing. Oscar, the supposed owner, is calling harassing us asking for another $2000 to get our wordpress login. We have been trying to get it for over a year. We have been trying to get our credentials for a year and they refuse to deliver, even after paying thousands and many promises. They are a complete scam! stay away! We refused to pay them anymore and they took our website down. Luckily we were already building a new site during all this with a reputable hosting company and it is up and running. We will lose a lot of SEO but are working on that also. They also stole our domain name and then sold it back to us for $2000 or, if you don't pay, we will sell it at auction. They need to be stopped!

First Design Crew is a scam related to the Designing Avenue scam. Same people. Had them design a logo for me, they did make a logo after several months. Here's the catch, they tried to sell me copyright services for $600 (which is free). When I called them out on their dishonest tactics, they copyrighted my logo and tried to give me a cease and desist over text. They'll do anything for a buck. I just had a local design firm make a few minor things to my logo and got it copyrighted in my name this time. But they keep calling, trying to run their extortion scheme. First Ashton, then Asher in the same string of texts. And I agree with the previous 1 star review -- the positive reviews for this firm are bogus. Take a look at the 5 star reviewers' names. This company gives other graphic designers a bad name.

Scam!!!!!! Please save your money! All these good reviews are fake! They took so much of my money and kept feeding me nonsense but no results!!! Check their reviews on bark you will find out what these people are doing

I wish I could have left zero stars. Worst company I have ever worked with. I feel like I got scammed. Bought my website package in September and it’s still not done. Business cards came in the mail and you can’t even read them. They do not proof anything, website has numerous miss spellings and is embarrassing. Business cards were approved on computer but when printed can’t read anything on it. But they feel this quality of work is acceptable. Social banners still not complete. Bought the lifetime host and security package, however they don’t tell you they need to upgrade it it and expect you to pay a minimum of $750 at a drop of hat or the website will freeze up and not be accessible. Then they make fun of you for not understanding refuse to call you back. Project was initially approved at $500, $2500 later it’s still not done. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Company is so unethical.

Run away. This company is disorganized, takes an excessive amount of time and never delivers the final product, instead tries to extort you to pay an additional $200 per logo for copyright. I have been asking for my final project for over a month. Received 1 out of 14 projects. I can't say enough horrible things about this company.

Got the design wrong several times. Constantly calling and harassing me to buy something else. Dont do business with these folks.

The FBI will be investigating those crooks online . Please do not waste your money on them . They change their name from Branded logo to designing Ave , now first design crew, run by ASHER QUINN, DAVID MYERs, and JoHn DAKOTA.. THESE PEOPLE use Fake NAMES, while they’re overseas ripping hard working people money off. I will continue putting them on blast with the credit card companies. They have access to open a fake business every time someone catches up to their scams. They pretend to be in California. Visa and MasterCard need to get the evidence, in order to stop them , once and for ALL.

I hired First Design Crew (AKA: Designing Avenue) on Feb 17, 2020 to develop a custom website. Per our agreement (agreement was with rep. Richard Watson), the total budget for the whole project would be $3,199, and that the website would be developed in 3 to 4 weeks. After, I made full payment, they sent me a scope which said the timeline for the project would be 31 weeks! (the first of a series of big lies!)

Once we started working on the project, it was very clear that I was dealing with very very unprofessional staff who really did not know what they were doing (to say the least). David Myer (my project manager) literally screwed everything, and was eventually fired). They kept sending me work that was obviously developed for other customers, they never delivered my own website.

They have blackmailed me twice to deliver the website. Devin Stall who claimed to be working with them claimed they would develop a built-in SSL certificate (nonsense) and would need plugins. They forced me to make two additional payments of $1,400 and $800. That made a total payment of $5,399.

Despite all of this, they never delivered the website. It has been SEVENTEEN months.

A few months ago, they tried scamming me again. The new project manager (Asher Quinn) tried scamming me out of $2,000 to buy a "server" from THEM. Why in the world do I need a server, especially when the website was not even half-finished. Plus, I did not hire them to "host" my website; I obviously hired them to "build" it! But they never did!

They, are now trying one more scheme. A few weeks ago, I received an email from someone called Ryan Shaw who claimed to be Quality Compliance Coordinator (pretending that they have quality staff!), asking for $10,000 without any reasonable justification. Their nonsense reason was that the developers took a long time to work on my project! If it was a legitimate company, they should actually compensate me for failing to meet the deadline rather than asking me to pay for their own failure!

When they knew I uncovered their scam, they reduced this amount from $10,000 to $1,000 (Have you ever seen a legitimate company making such a discount?).

I repeatedly tried complaining to someone in charge, but every single person in this company even the front desk attendant (if they really have one) claims to be a big manager! and they kept tossing me from one to another. All have the same strategy, scamming the customer!

Very very big frustration and a waste of time, money, and effort!

I worked with Suzanne Wood she was great. She worked with me on my business cards, and got us what we wanted. She was honest and friendly, and shipping was fast as well.

This company has provided great communication and several revisions for my logo.

Got a logo for my Twitch channel from them. I had a design in mind and they developed exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend them to others in the future.

Worst Company! Never ever do business with them, they are scammers! They charge you without your consent, I paid for a Trademark to them but they provided me fake Trademark documents! Scam Scam Scam, Richard and Devin are the Scammers! They scam hard earned money of people! Fake documents! I will also report to police! They charge you for attestation, there is no such thing in trademark, Never do business with this company!

Horrible do not trust them. I have such a long story with them, i bought a logo and website 6 months ago and until now they can not get my website to work. Promised money back and now they are saying they cant refund. So i am left with over 5k investment that does not work at all. Also their numbers are not real they will tell you its more money later SCAM SCAM SCAM

Warning... these good reviews are fake! They write there own reviews to counter all their bad reviews. Take your business somewhere else. You will regret ever doing business with this company. They are scammers!

The service is horrible they charge me they charge my account $399 for legal rights for the logo and they were still trying to add additional charges. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Then he keeps texting me harassing me that if I use the logo I will get sue if I don't pay.
