Have had the pleasure of mortgaging and remortgaging a number of times with First Financial and have had consistently good service throughout. Highly recommended.

Sophie sent me timely reminders to get all my paperwork together. As a result we were just able to get a remortgage deal a matter of an hour or so before the rates increasing. We closed the mortgage today - great weight off my mind!

My fixed rate mortgage was maturing in 6 months. I wasn’t aware you could lock into a rate 6 months before maturity. James contacted me to tell me I could lock in a 7 year fix at 2.3% which I did. Current rates are around 6% if I hadn’t spoken to James I would’ve been exposed to this. On top of this brilliant service and updates the whole way through
