I wouldn’t allow this company in your property. The workers asked to take drugs in your property. They come and leave the wet room. With no wet on floor or grout on the tiles since October 22 this repair case from my landlord has been going on since 2020. I had faith in a guy called magic he was supposed to come and work Saturday and Sunday when he text me Saturday saying he can’t come in because he’s ill from the night before I had a guy called Rocky in the property who was supposed to put the tiles on the wall who didn’t do anything he stayed 10 minutes after magic laid the stuff to go underneath the floors in the hallway magic has left me without a bathroom now since the 22nd of October and Rocky asked to do cocaine in my property and even offer me it where I told him I do not take drugs and I’d rather he didn’t in my property I wouldn’t recommend anybody. Has this unprofessional company in their property at any given point you will be left without bathing facilities for over a week and you’ll be asked if someone can do drugs in your house and you will have cowboy builders that will come in from 9 am till 12 pm and expect that that’s a days work I couldn’t be more upset because I thought that magic was getting it done slowly but surely that he has fully let me down when they all promised that my bathroom would be working the latest today so that my kids could shower for school tomorrow that’s fully unsatisfactory and unprofessional and all they wanna do is smoke on the balcony even knowing that they started at 9 am and was finishing at 12 pm the longest day he did was from 9 am till 228. I have them all saved on my ring doorbell.

Original work was carried out under lockdown conditions in 2020. Chris made an initial site survey and advised us on how to prepare our flat including social distancing procedures. On the day of the work First Fix arrived on time and and carried out all the necessary work in the space of one day as well as taking time to go through the operation and controls of the new boiler with test demonstrations. They kept and left the flat tidy removing all the old parts and cleaning up afterwards. An excellent service. In April 2021 Chris serviced the boiler and made a gas safety check updating our warranty book and providing an updated gas safety certificate. Again communication was clear with Chris informing us of the checks he was making and the results. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Woke up Sat morning to find water coming through the kitchen ceiling. Chris was the only plumber to respond, told me how to stop the flow and then came round Monday morning first thing and fixed the problem. Great service and a great guy

Chris installed a bathroom suite for me, as well as servicing our boiler and also issuing a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate after we had a dreadful experience with another plumber who left us with a right mess! He was very efficient, extremely professional and we felt very safe in his hands after he clearly demonstrated his knowledge and excellent workmanship. Chris from First Fix Plumbers Ltd completed all the jobs to a very high standard indeed and we would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family as well as use him for all future work. They say you pay for what you get and our experience is that this is entirely true. First Fix Plumbers offer services that are very reasonably priced we found, but it was having that peace of mind that you are getting the jobs completed to a high standard that makes First Fix Plumbers Ltd, worth every penny! Would not go anywhere else now to be honest...
