Their products are very good. Their customer service is also good. They shipped my item Canada Post REGULAR service when I paid for TWO DAY EXPRESS shipping. They did give me a refund for shipping, however Canada Post has very bad service in my experience. They keep changing the delivery date and I still have not received my product. I encourage them to give better shipping options than Canada Post.
