The poorest customer service

We subscribe to an offer for 300Mbps and since the beginning we have only around 120Mbps, technicians came 2 times, first media want us to rent a dual band router whic we refused as we have to pay for it, which is unacceptable. They are unable to provide the service we are paying for and they also refuse the downgrade to a lower subscription!! Totally wrong company that I would never recommand. You should really revise your commercial policy!!

Better than IndiHome but not as good as…

Better than IndiHome but not as good as MyRepublic or BizNet. Most of their customers are still using Coaxial and Older DOCSIS Router. Hopefully in the future, all old and new customers can be given or upgraded for free to the Fiber Optic network, because if customers use the Fiber Optic network the download and upload speeds can be symmetrical 1:1.

If only all Internet providers in Indonesia looked at BizNet or MyRepublic which dare to provide low prices with high speed. Unfortunately, the coverage of those 2 best networks is still very low compared to IndiHome and FirstMedia, which can be said to be winning in terms of "Coverage". Because they win in terms of coverage, the price per Mbps is still said to be less competitive compared to ISPs that have not expanded their networks which have cheap rates per Mbps in terms of coverage area.
