Absolutely HORRIBLE first experience…

Absolutely HORRIBLE first experience with this bank! Apparently first merchant bank bought my current bank. Since someone else from first merchant bank has the same account number as I do the bank changed my account number! Now I’m having a terrible time trying to update my new bank account number on all my subscriptions and online utility bill payments. Not to mention the hundreds of checks I currently have are no longer valid!!!!!!
