I contacted the company about creating a logo for my sports therapy business. I was put in contact with Brad Thurston, who set up a meeting with me asap to discuss logo ideas. After filling in a questionnaire and a few more chats, he sent me some initial designs and i was beyond impressed. Best investment I've ever made!
I flirted with the idea of working with Firston Agency in spring 2023. Until this point, I'd done all of the tasks within my martial arts gym myself; admin, socials, website, cleaning, coaching... Naturally, I was overworked and under skilled in the social media and web development areas which had a knock on effect to the quality of the content my business was putting out. Most notable, I didn't have an efficient system in place to take a web enquiry lead to the point of accessing a free trial without my involvement. If I was busy, this got missed and a potential member didn't convert.

When I met with Brad to discuss my issues, not only did he understand but he went out of his way to learn more about the individual needs of my business and came up with a number of improvements that could made to make my onboarding process seamless.

I purchased a website build and signed up for ongoing web maintenance. The website came back quickly and looked 10x better than the one I made myself. Not only did it look great, it converted a far greater number of enquiries and it meant we could accurate keep an eye on stock levels of merchandise that we sold online and at our gym.

A year on, we're busier than ever and ready to scale. We wouldn't be here without Brad's work.

After a bad experience with a previous web designer, we sought out the works of Firston Media. After an initial discussion and call with Brad, he knew exactly what we needed to do to take our website to the next level and pivot it to focus more on sales.

After a few weeks, when the first draft came in, I was blown away! He always listened to our feedback and always went the extra mile to make sure we were 100% happy with everything before going live.
