Rates are good and service exceptional.
Used to use Enterprise car hire, who had very good customer service, but First Drive is as good, if not better and rate considerably better.

Norwich van hire, Friday evening to Saturday morning.
The guys were great, friendly and attentive.
The van was fine, it's a van. It does van things.

Cannot thank First Self Drive enough. I was let down by Enterprise 12 hours before I was due to move house. Contacted First Self Drive and was offered a choice between two vans for my move for the next morning. Customer service was excellent with everybody taking the time to explain everything thoroughly so you felt your booking mattered. And it was clear that a lot of the people in the office that day were repeat customers which says it all.
I was nervous not having driven a large van before but I was taken through everything thoroughly and so felt very reassured by the time I took the keys.
Would not hesitate to recommend First Self Drive to anyone needing to hire a vehicle and would not now go anywhere else myself.

Absolutely amazing service!
First majorly helped out my mum and I. My mum was due to move house on Saturday and a different van rental company cancelled our van at 10 to 6 the night before!
John was able to get us a van on the Saturday morning. Thanks to him, my mum was able to move into her new home for Christmas, which is priceless. Nothing was too much trouble. We are so unbelievably grateful and would highly recommend!

It was the best and most comfortable car I've ever driven. The service at the company is fantastic and they took the time to explain everything carefully and patiently so I was immediately confident to drive their car.
