Very honest company & professional staffs! Definitely the best car hire company I've ever used. Rented an Aygo for 7 weeks. All process was quick & smooth. No hidden cost. I needed to extend the hire. It was done with just a simple call then everything was sorted. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Always have a 'First' class experience with First.
Never ever less than a 5 star service.
They sorted me out at the last minute this time and extended my hire at the last minute as well.
Been using for years and will continue to do so.
Want to hire a car or van, DON'T look elsewhere.

This company lives up to its name "FIRST ". The day before our holiday to Yorkshire our car developed serious problems. We urgently needed a car so we were recommended to try this company. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was most helpful and went out of his way to help.
The following day I collected the car, a brand new spotless Ford Fiesta. I was really amazed at the service received. Everyone I spoke to at the company were very friendly and professional. We hired it for 7 days and we hope to use this company again in the future. We highly recommend this company for great service and value.

Really happy with my experiences with this company! I've had 2 vans in the past but recently had to hire a car from them with less than 24 hrs notice. It was immaculate and very well prepared! The staff are all very friendly and highly professional! To top it all off their prices are very competitive! Wouldn't consider going anywhere else next time I need to hire a vehicle! Highly recommended!

These guys are an absolute pleasure to work with . I hire vans regularly from here, nothing is a problem . Wayne looks after me on most occasions, top guy extremely helpful. They also ring you back! A rare thing to happen these days. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. I originally booked and paid for a 17-seater minibus, but due to a late reduction in the number of people able to travel on my event I asked if I could change that to a 9-seater people carrier. Not only was this arranged for me at short notice, but I was refunded the difference in the hire rate without any question. The vehicle supplied was like the staff, excellent. Will definately use this company again.

Friendly, helpful, good communication, all the important detail is highlighted in red in their emails prior to collection.
Clean vehicles, any dents and scrapes all documented very clearly before your go.
This company is by far the best I have used.
