We are finally homeowners thanks to John at First Time Buyer Solutions! John has kept us updated regularly throughout the whole process, chasing solicitors, etc. for us when we have been unable to. We are so grateful to John for helping us finally own our own home. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting to own their own home but struggling to save the full deposit required.

After having our house on the market a while with another estate agent and feeling like we were getting nowhere! We contacted first time buyer solutions and from the start until the very end John was fantastic!! He kept us informed at all times and was always at the other end of the phone if we needed him! My husband and I have been trying to get onto the property ladder for a very long time (almost ten years). We scrimped and saved and last year we were almost ready with our 5% to obtain a 95% mortgage. Then the banks changed the way they operate and suspended 95% L2V and we were back to square one.
Then we saw an advertisement for First Time Buyer Solutions on social media, we've seen many of these schemes and believed it too good to be true. We enquired anyway, and we're so glad that we did. From the word go; John was informative, patient and honest. Everything was explained, nothing was hidden and John was always at the other end of a phone. Because of him, and solely him, we are now decorating our tree in our very own home. We cannot thank John enough, and all we can do now is ensure people are aware of this company as I know John is ready to continue helping people.

I cant reccomend first time buyers solutions enough. I still cant get my head around that we actually own our own house!! We saw a house first time buyers solutions were advertising and instantly liked. We booked a viewing and spoke to john about everything and decided to go ahead with the purchase. John was fantastic, every question we had, he answered. He was straight up and honest. I would highly recommend First Time Buyer Solutions, I never thought I would have my own house for a few more years. I had seen advertisements for the company and thought was too good to be true or there would be a catch. I contacted them about a house I had seen and they messaged straight away. I dealt with John at First Time Buyer Solutions and I have to highly reccommend him, he met me at the house I liked and took it from there, within 3 months of meeting I had my own house. He was always there when I had questions to ask and always made sure I was 100% certain with everything. The process went smoothly. If it wasn’t for them I would still be wasting money on rent. I thank first time buying solutions for everything. My family and i were getting sick of renting and paying for nothing.
