Ordered Eukanuba dog food from Firstvet 2 week's ago and it should of been here in 3 day's.
Rang them after 6 day's and they guaranteed me it would be here this week by Wednesday or Thursday and still not here and it's Saturday. Ran out of dog food today and had to go and buy some from the shop.
If they want new customers this is not a good way of getting them. Terrible.

The vet I spoke to was Helpful and concise, Didn't use Jargon that my dumb self wouldn't understand and helped reassure me for the entire 10 minute conversation. Overall it was a very helpful and pleasant experience, and free with Waggel. With that service, I wouldn't have minded paying the fee. what's not to love? I would definitely recommend this app.

I have this service free with my pet insurance so wondered how good it was actually going to be. Honestly, I can’t fault it. I logged on and managed to book an appointment within 15 minutes, the vet was very thorough, asking plenty of questions about my puppy to get a full picture.
I was looking for some reassurance and that’s definitely what I got, the vet even followed up with an in depth email about what we had discussed and what my next steps to take were.
So reassuring to know that I have this advice at the end of the phone without having to get a face to face appointment.
I've had both the vet and behavioural appointments through first vets. I get it free through my insurance as well which is a bonus! I can't recommend this service highly enough though, it's been a god send for me with my nervous rescue. My behaviourist was amazing and offering some brilliant advice and my boy is so much happier and relaxed for it now. You get a report to keep too so you can refer back to it whenever you need it. Thank you first vets 🙏

Unable to create an account for vet advice which is included in my policy as they can not verify my policy details and there is no customer service available until Monday to resolve the issue so now I have to wait until Monday to seek advice and my dog will suffer over the weekend. I’ve visited a vet but believe the advice and medication they given is incorrect as my dog has an eye ulcer and has been prescribed conjunctivitis gel which is not working at all.
I've seen 2 different FirstVet vets via telehealth for my cat and they are SO helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Both vets took their time to understand the whole picture and could help me assess whether I needed to pursue further treatment at my in-person vet. Because it is a flat fee (free with my Eusoh insurance), I never have the anxiety that FirstVet is trying to upsell me on recommended treatments. I admit I wonder about this with in-person vets, as more treatments = more money for them. For me, it is very worth the fee to have solid, transparent advice before going to the vet. Great value for an additional vet's opinion with no hidden motives. Plus they follow up immediately via email with thorough notes on the visit as well as compassion.
I recently ordered some dog food from the new first vet shop. The correspondence from Mary in the customer service team has been impeccable!
I managed to mess up and order the wrong thing and she was so friendly, kind and helpful with getting things sorted for me so that my dogs would have what they needed.
I honestly cannot remember the last time I had such a good experience with someone in customer service who actually seemed to care!
So refreshing to have a support team that do just that support rather than judge or seem annoyed when people ask for help.

Consultation with Dr Immacolata Sgulo was excellent, we discussed an infected cyst on my dog and her advice and explanation was extremely helpful.
Have got this free with my insurance policy great thing to be reassured if your vet practice is shut saving you money at emergency vets when mabay not needed my dog had an abcess women checked wound and gums from the video call and said she would be fine till my original vet opened in morning said my dog could of mabay been biten by insect which i first thought will go to my vet tomorrow but happy with this free service

Don't get me wrong, the vet was fine, so if this is a free service for you, use it! If you're looking to save on full price vet costs, this ends up being even more. As now we are paying the FV fee and our normal vets fee on top, due to needing another consultation to get the recommended test. Seems like a completely pointless process if this isn't included for free with insurance.
Cannot thank my FirstVet vet enough. Truly put my mind at ease, helped me diagnose my dogs issue (Gastroenteritis), explained the probably cause and most importantly how to help my dog. I want to send my gratitude to Dr H.M, (can’t include the name here due to trustpilot guidelines) but I can’t see any other way than saying here. 10/10 and Dougal and I will definitely will be back if I have to!
Also, got an appointment within half an hour, and the email I received contained very clear comprehensive instructions on what to buy and get my physical vets to dispense for me.
We have the use of First Vet for free as part of our dogs insurance. We've used it a couple of times and always had a great experience. It gives peace of mind and helps us to know whether we can manage a situation ourselves or whether we need to consult our vets in person. Excellent.
Had a call today 1st Jan 2022 from Dr Patrick Lennon this was to get advice on our new Cavapoo, "Olly" Patrick was fantastic he put us at ease and assured us that our dog would be OK.
I was asked if I had some pictures I coukd send for assessment which I did and was asked to show Olly playing and I checked his gums and gave feedback to Patrick I was reassured he was not dehydrated by carrying out a simple test whilst Patrick monitored this I would highly recommend this service.

I had to book an appointment on Mon 27/12/21 with Dr Lopez. My dog had been suffering from a gastroIntestinal upset and was poorly. Dr Lopez was amazing, during a face time call she diagnosed Barney’s symptoms and pointed me in the right direction to get his medication which I purchased within an hour. Remember, 27/12 was a bank holiday and most places closed.
Barney improved immediately; fantastic service and thank you!
