After our puppy had eaten grapes I arranged an appointment. I was called before my appointment and told to make an emergency appointment with my vet. I thought it was great that due to the nature of the problem (which I was unaware of) that I was call quickly.

A really affective service, the vet was friendly, and informative.

She helped to put out mind at ease, it really is a great principle!

The First Vet, Vet Tara was so friendly and nice. Was really thorogh when going through my dogs symptoms, history, medication, food etc before making a diagnosis and recommendations. My dog is anxious and so getting her out of the house, into the car and travel to our regular vet is always a real source of distress to her! Instead i was able to check what was wrong with her with a Vet from the comfort of our own home via video call on the app which is very easy to use and didnt cause her any distress.

Explained the symptoms, the Doctor was very thorough in her questioning and did a few observations and put us at ease.

I managed to get an appointment within half an hour and spoke to the vet on time. The vet that I spoke with was very understanding and then emailed me with her diagnosis and any treatment plan.

I have access to First Vet via my pet insurance policy.

Yesterday my puppy found a cooked chicken bone under fallen leaves in the park & managed to swallow a bone fragment before I could stop them.

I was on a video consultation with Dr Sarah within 40 minutes! Dr Sarah gave our puppy a virtual check over & let me know how to monitor him & what to look out for should he not pass the bone fragment naturally.

With the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic & associated social distancing measures, FirstVet is such a valuable resource & service. I can get a consult from the comfort of my own home, leaving my local vet free to see animals that genuinely need to be seen in the flesh.

Emergency call after our 6 month old pup ate the contents of our food waste bin! Speedy service, vet reacted and gave energency advice before we were due the phone consultation meeting g - may have saved the dogs life - would highly recommend this service for all animal owners

Spoke with Dr Cox O'Shea tonight and again she was fantastic! Examination was good with what she could do over a virtual assessment and recommendations on what steps we could do to make our Skye more comfortable till we get to our local vets in the morning was ideal, worked at treat. We were in a panic when we called and she helped ease our stress with her hints and tips.

If we need to use Firstvet again, I will always try and get an appointment with Dr Cox O'Shea.
