I am very happy with the small bedside tables that I bought. The delivery came the next day! They were ready assembled apart from screwing on the legs. The tables are beautiful so I would recommend buying from Fishe and Lilly.

Really really impressed. Bought two bedside tables that are excellent quality. They also arrived quickly in good packaging. Been searching for bedside tables I like for years and so happy I came across an advert for this company! Thank you :)

Excellent communication and lovely oak side tables. Very easy to assemble and look great in our guest bedroom.

I live in the Scottish Highlands and Islands and am used to horrific delivery charges or companies not delivering at all. I was so pleasantly surprised that Fishe and Lilly would delivery for free!! The bedside tables were an excellent price and gorgeous. They arrived quickly. I can't fault this company. I will be raving about them to everyone. When we find companies that deliver here we spread the word!

The table we ordered is good quality and very stylish. We are extremely happy with it. Very good value for money. It arrived very quickly and well packaged. I would definitely buy from this company again.

Poor product quality and even worse customer support - having ordered 4 bedside tables (x2 pairs) of Oak bedside tables - 1 table arrived damaged and all 4 were of dubious Oak quality … we have a house full of oak and nine that looked like these and both sets weee different to each other - we were disappointed with the quality but it got a whole lot worse when we requested return for refund which took a month of negotiations by email and telephone and eventually when a courier collection was agreed F&L failed to confirm it with the courier company and another 3 days dragged on - eventually the courier arrived had no information as to what he was collecting, for whom or how many items - hardly reassuring that our items would be delivered successfully- fortunately my husband intervened the courier and all 4 items were dispatched but we still had to chase for confirmation of their successful arrival at F&L and then we waited for confirmation of the refund which was acknowledged by email but cunningly without an exact £ refund so we weren’t surprised when we realised that £80 had been withheld from our outlay - more negotiations and eventually we have received some of that £80 returned - we won’t be buying again and we certainly won’t int be recommending- we were able to very successfully source our bedside tables in solid oak with another retailer for a lesser amount and their team could not have been more helpful - in fact a joy! No we won’t be using F&L again terrible all round! All in all from placing the order 11/7/25 to the final refund on 20/8/25 unacceptable!

Really good experience overall even though we didn't get all the furniture we wanted. We had an unfortunate issue with the courier but the customer service at F&L (Stephen) couldn't have been more helpful. We ended up not being able to keep the full set we wanted as the couriers wouldn't/couldn't get it upstairs but Stephen was really helpful at arranging a refund.

Ordered some dining chairs from Fishe & Lilly, which were beautiful but unfortunately didn’t end up fitting under my awkwardly-sized table. The customer service from the team was fantastic and they organised courier return of the items without any fuss. Based on the customer service alone, I would have no hesitations about shopping with Fishe & Lilly again.

Excellent website and super quick delivery. I ordered two bedside tables (Wright Oak) which were on sale. Items were as expected and easy to assemble. Solid and good quality.

The side table I ordered arrived very quickly however once unpacked I noticed a few things:
- The side table was covered in dust inside and outside
- There are definitely imperfections on the side table especially on one of the table legs.

Of course the side table is nice enough at first glance and I do like it, but those two aspects did dampen the quality for me.

The customer journey was super easy, delivery was fast and the cabinets are beautiful. They fit perfectly in our little cottage!

Excellent service , especially after our chosen bedside tables were in the end a little too small and we requested an exchange. Stephen couldn't have been more helpful. Our final cabinets, the Scandinavian Walnut Oslo Bedside Tables, are perfect, well built and look great. Very impressed with the sturdy packaging too!

I ordered x2 bedside tables from F&L. One of the tables delivered was the wrong colour. I contacted F&L and they organised a replacement after I sent mine back. Then after 4 further deliveries the same consistent problem happened. They checked their stock as had issues with ‘labelling’. They then sent me pictures of the next bedside table which came with a note from a previous customer due to imperfections this was returned by them. I could not believe I was sent this after all the trouble previously. I have had days waiting in the house for delivery and uplift of previous. They are very quick to take your money and not resolve the issue. This went on for over 2 months. In the end I have given up and asked for a full refund - currently awaiting. ‘Stephen’ from F&L takes a long time to reply and ignores many basic questions. I have tried to leave a review on their website but this was blocked. I would NEVER use this company again.

The tables were just what I wanted and were delivered within days of ordering. Great quality but inexpensive I would definitely buy from here again.

Very poor quality furniture, scratch and dented, had varnished over saw dust from drilling handle holds. When returned, they attempted to redelivery the exact same package in the packaging I sent it in. They confirmed they had received the return but have still not processed the refund despite saying it would be I'm my account within 24 hours. When emailed customer service to ask, I got the same copy and pasted response sent the week prior. Still waiting for refund.
