Online stock inaccurate but customer service was excellent
Ordered a helmet and unfortunately got an email to say that colour was out of stock after ordering. Claire, who was very helpful, got in touch to tell me and offered a full refund or to choose another colour, which I did. The helmet, which was very competitively priced, was then delivered within 7 days. Would order from them again.
