Ordered a Tronixpro Guerilla Outbreak rod that came damaged and snapped on its first outing. Tried multiple times to contact FTDUK and no replies to any emails. Really not happy and won’t be ordering again, despite them usually being pretty good.

Great Service
Sam at ftduk was a great help. Returned my stuff without any issues and even sent a returns label. Swapped my items for the wychwood pit reels, tested them out yesterday and they performed great. Cast 150m with a 2oz lead no problem, unfortunately I didn’t get to play a fish with them but I’m sure they’ll be up to the job
