Its actually a great stress reliever.

I hold a lot of stress in my face (I grind my teeth when I'm stressed and get a lot of headaches). I've found these exercises wonderful for easing this tension. My skin loves these exercises too, its always pink and healthy looking. I'm only new to this, but I know this is good for me as well as helping me to look my best for my age (51).

This exercise really works!

It took longer than 21 days,because i miss several days between exercise,but it’s really works! I took the brigitte program,and i feel my face is firmer than before. My jawline is sharper now,and the jowls also reduce,my eyes also more open.
Now i want to start to do the 6 weeks exercises to see more result.

A guy's opinion

I'm a 29-year-old man who never smoked or drank and eats healthy and works out. So I haven't aged much, at least not in a bad way—as you may know with men, we get better with age ;-) I did the full 6-week program, twice a day for altogether 50-ish minutes, and did not notice any differences whatsoever. But then again there was nothing really wrong with my face in terms of aging or spots. By touching my face I actually got more acne breakouts; however, that has stopped since stopping the program. Disappointingly, there is no exercise for the under-eye area. Inevitably I will age a lot, and I may return to these exercises but even then the face yoga community will need to have a lot more studies on people to see whether improvements are either anecdotal or observable on a wide range of people. I'm still skeptical on the whole thing—nothing against Fit Faces in particular. I believe they were the most affordable option at the time of purchase.

Time for myself and a fresher face!

I have enjoyed taking part in the 21 day programme. Although I am a fit and healthy 63 year old I felt that my face was showing signs of ageing ie forming jowels, smile lines and eye bags. I am not good at relaxing or meditation etc so taking part in fitface gave me some mindfulness time for myself and I believe I am beginning to see results, especially around my smile lines. I will continue to practise, making it part of my life, and hope for further benefits as time goes on. I just want to be the best version of myself that I can be at this age!

Wish I had started this years earlier, but it is never too late!!

I am really enjoying the program and Natalie is excellent. She explains things very well to help us understand why we are doing what we are doing. There are a few exercises I cannot do because it is very difficult to isolate facial muscles especially when you are older. HENCE, why I need to do this and continue doing it. I highly recommend to anyone.

I’m Motivated

I’ve enjoyed going through this 3 week Cindy program. I’m haven’t seen a lot of results yet but I am 65 and think that I have a lot of work to do to undo the past. I will keep on following the programs and hope to see results soon. I am motivated. I also love the neck stretching exercises. I have had several neck injuries and these really help alleviate the tension in my neck. I will definitely keep on practicing them. Thank you for your energy. You are adorable!
