Great experience well worth persevering with the exercises. They are not difficult
Appreciated your the written instructions as it was hard to follow the verbal instruction an complete the exercises. The exercises have helped my back problem immensely. I am/72 and found some too difficult but trying to implement them./Great experience would recommend.

I accidentally order two of the same product and emailed to let them know and if I could exchange for the one I actually set out to purchase.
The very lovely Lyndal replied and allowed me to keep both and just pay for postage on the new order.

Collagen supplement
I have been taking the collagen supplement for over year now, I found fit60 to be a good product and easy to take, just a scoop in water each day. The online ordering is quick and easy and the delivery prompt.

except for delivery delays thru covid their response has been good. the product,does not dissolve readily so after blending in a machine it was more palatble it works well as a prebiotic. A.A
