Ben flink aan het bewegen door haar duidelijke filmpjes - mooie voedingsplannen - Es leeft mee - enthousiasmeert - snapt het als ik in t weekend n wijntje neem - goede tips en toch inmiddels 5 kg eraf !!! En dat op vakantie 😜
