MFA is the first fitness program I haven’t quit after a few weeks
MFA is the first fitness program I haven’t quit after the first few months in decades! I’m 6 months in, and doing SOME kind of workout at least 5x per week. My mental and physical health are much better for it! Oonagh and her team are badass fitness drivers in a fun and educational way. Energy and enthusiasm and encouragement? Yep. Hardcore if you want it? Definitely. Keep it simple or solely nutrition based? That’s in here, too. Admittedly, I’m here for the workouts, but there is SO MUCH here for people on all types of health journey and at all points along that trail. I’m not letting this gem go!
MFA for 5 years, after breast cancer
I joined the MFA programme after finishing chemotherapy for breast cancer, 5 years ago. I was ready for some changes to diet and exercise, and elected to change to mostly vegetarian (about 70%, with some fish and chicken) and the MFA meal plan accommodated this brilliantly. I got settled in to home workouts, and I particularly loved the Strong AF programme in Jan 2025. I am grateful to continue cancer free after five years and I don’t take the days for granted.
There have of course been lots of weeks where stress, heavy responsibility and navigating menopause without HRT have made my execution of the MFA plan mediocre at best - but I identify as someone who lifts weights, who eats well because my body and mine feel good when I do so - and I happily pay my membership to be part of this group of smart and interesting women (and the occasional man). Thank you!
I love this program so much!
I love this program so much I’m in for the 3rd time! It is a well designed, well supported strength training program which is flexible to individual needed . As an older woman (60+) I can be intimated by weight training but the coaches are always available with input and guidance to allow me to get the best out of the moves. The meal plans are satisfying, adaptable to all types of dietary requirements and easy to follow. The accompanying app is well designed and contains all I need to manage my program and track my progress. Oonagh and her team know their stuff and are focussed on success for each client!

This program is fantastic. If you want to get fit and feel good then follow the program. You do the work, you will see the results. Yes there is work to do. Meal prep and movement. Goal setting. It’s about healthy habits and staying on track. Tasty and simple recipes. Lots of support and community along the way. I have lost inches and lbs and gained muscle and more love for myself. It’s all there for you. You just have to do it
I've been a part of the Fit Feels Good…
I've been a part of the Fit Feels Good program for over 3 years now (Jan 2023). As we like to call it - the MFA - Masters of Fitness Awesomeness. When I first joined, I was just getting over long COVID. I'm almost 50yrs old, post-menopausal and a very busy Mom. As a former mountaineer and mountain biker, I was struggling to do easy hikes, never mind a few pushups. I had also gained some weight that I really wanted to get rid of. What I gained from FFG was way more than I signed up for. I have gained some serious muscle, some awesome habits that I never knew I needed, a community of like-minded women who support each other through all the ups and downs of life, and a different (healthier) view of my body! And most importantly - I feel frickin strong and awesome! This program is more like a course in healthy living. And its all set out for you - do this and eat this and drink this today. Tomorrow do this - there is no brain power required, you just follow the program step by step. I've learned that I can even half-ass it and still reap rewards. This is also evidence based - right up my alley (I'm a cancer researcher, kind of a geek). This program provides No gimics, no blowing smoke up your ass that if you do this one thing you'll lose all your belly fat. There is true accountability, no BS - so if you like to self sabotage, this program will help you figure that out and stop it! Today, I'm back to climbing mountains, and mountain biking, and can do 20 pushups...And I'm even influencing both my partner and son to be healthier as they eat the food I'm eating, and even exercise with me (sometimes). My partner is even backing away from booze with me. So, if you want to get Healthy AF and are tired of diets and fads, and false information to comb through, this is the program for you! PS; you may also lose some weight!
Terrific program
Terrific program! I got back into the Fit Feels Good program last year with SAF. It was so fun, the meals were great and it was so nice being able to meal prep on the weekends and have good, healthy meals and snacks available on those busy days we all have. I had great success with SAF and quickly joined MFA to continue with this amazing program. It truly works! (And I've tried a lot of other things).
There is a lot to love about Strong AF
I'm not in their usual age bracket (71 years young boomer) but I really wanted something doable, accountability and to build strength for healthy aging. I was not really sure if I could do it. I found the program encouraging, adjustable for my level of fitness and the participants genuine, encouraging and fun. I signed up for Oonagh's Master program and look forward to doing Strong AF again.

I'm noticeably stronger and it feels good!
I'm a fan of Fit Feels Good programs. It had me lose weight and keep it off after trying other programs that didn't do either. I did the first roll out of SAF this fall and I've continued to do weights twice a week. I believe it's really important to keep bones and muscles healthy, especially for post menopausal women (I'm 56). I'm noticeably stronger and it feels good!
Supportive & Flexible
The support and adaptability are amazing. I appreciated the various options for different levels in fitness and also different preferences and needs for meals. The encouragement is unmatchable. The team believes in you, which helps you believe in yourself!
So effective and helpful, I gifted it to my daughter
I appreciate that it's a comprehensive program that evolves because they learn from their community. It's been over a year since I first joined, and I have new recipes and strategies in my life. I am stronger and more focused and resilient. I enjoy the workouts and have recently incorporated their strength training. I shared the Get Better In December program with my daughter so that she can benefit from this excellent program. This is how I know they listen to their community. They have simplified the recipes while keeping the healthy principles beneath them. The Fit Feels Good moderators and community share their experiences and expertise with vulnerability and humility (and humour!). Their strength and resilience is inspiring. I feel stronger, and I want that for my daughter.
Love everything about FFG Product line!
Love everything about how this program combines fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness in a way that meets people where they are. No need for gyms, just the most amazing, supportive group of humans on the internet, methods that work, and real people seeing results they can own and be proud of. I find new ways to integrate practices and information continually and love that they also helped make a plant based diet the most delicious thing ever!
Loving My New Habits
Taking 28 days to create new habits has left me 10 lbs lighter, MUCH stronger, and excited about eating yummy nutritious food every day. The true key for me is Sunday food prep to set myself up for success each week. I have never felt so good!

I have just completed the 28 Day Transformation again, and it was just as amazing as the last time I participated. I feel stronger and also more confident with my meal planning, it was the reset that I needed!

The meals are delicious and not difficult to prepare. The workouts are fun, effective and at 3 times a week for half an hour, possible to incorporate into daily life. The engagement in the facebook group and the daily emails are very motivating. Everything is organised to maximise the chances of success. I lost 12,5lbs and 14" during the program. I am more energetic, fitter and very optimistic about my future weight loss and fitness plan. Highly recommend.
