Hi Barry, sorry for the inconvenience we did add a banner on the website to say we were away from the 3rd to the 17th and so any deliveries would be delivered on return. We did issue your refund as soon as we returned and apologise for the inconvenience.

Hi Lee, thank you for your review it's appreciated. Sometimes the RO water can rise when placed in barrels if any manufacturing film has managed to raise the TDS or the DI resin may have been depleted earlier than expected... We do our best to maintain a low TDS as possible ideally. aiming for a 0 reading by the time the customer receives the water..
Perfect fish water delivered quickly
I was dealing with a pH crash and found fit filtration through a google search. Paul was very helpful and despatched the water quickly. It saved my fish so I give fit filtration my highest recommendation. Buy with complete confidence. Also the bottles are easy to shake when you have added salt!
