These are 5 stars for how lovely they are, but more like 2 stars for design. They should have made the back strap with a buckle, holes, and a pin to go through like most platform sandals. However, they made back strap with velcro. Hence, the back strap loosens often not keeping the foot secure in this sandal. Feels like your heel is not as tight as it should be and must keep tightening the velcro strap.I nearly sent back for a refund. This design is probably going to drive me nuts and I will regret keeping them. Everything else about this platform sandals seems good. I am used to high platform sandals, so I find the fit comfy, otherwise.These come with a warning that the blue denim can dye clothing so wear with dark pants if pants will be touching the shoes. I will be wearing with shorts and skirts mostly, so no biggie.I am size 9 in most shoes. These were true to size for me. Shipped in timely manner. These should definitely not cost as much as they do, due to the poor design quality with back strap.

It is a great comfortable product that never disappoints

I love the style and the leather is soft but the heel cup is HARD. I have worn them 4 times, the first time I bled, the other times I preemptively wore band aids and it still bothered me. I truly hope the soften up.

I read the reviews about these sandals before purchasing and I was not disappointed. Although I haven’t worn them yet, my first impression is very positive. The strap colour is subtle with just the right touch of glitter, giving them a stylish look without being too flashy. They feel incredibly comfortable, and I’m really looking forward to wearing them.

Good quality and comfortable

I purchased the FitFlop Gracie sandals. They are amazing, pretty and sparkly and so amazingly comfortable and cushioned underfoot. So many compliments for such comfortable footwear. Highly recommend.

Loved the wedge, colour and the leather.
Absolutely hated the velcro strap. On a hefty price point it makes the shoes look cheap. When I fastened them there was excess strapp and I suspect when the leather had softened they wouldn't tighten vey much.
I love fit flops and have worn them from when they started I am 75 and if I wanted velcro shoes I would go to Hotter or Pavers ( no insult they do a great service) I am not ready for velcro. A lovely buckle like the ones on the front straps would have elevated these and would have been more adjustable.

I love FitFlops! I wear them year around. The Microwobbleboard helped tremendously with my plantar fasciitis. I also have a bone spur on that same heel and I have no more pain. Also they have wonderful arch support.

Bright, fun flats perfect for summer. Plus they are truly comfortable. A little big on the 8, but I need that for my wide feet.
