We have over 30 years experience of teaching fun and friendly fitness classes to the local community in Barkingside, Hainault and Woodford Green Essex. Absolute beginners are welcome at all classes and an optional weigh in with dietary advice in included in each session. Class styles include ‘gentle on the joints’ Paracise on Monday and Tuesday mornings in Barkingside and Hainault. These popular sessions set to ‘singalong tunes’ are suitable for anyone who finds regular exercise classes too demanding. You do not require a mat as there is no floor work. We focus on joint mobility, gentle cardio, balance, posture, coordination and core strength. 45 mins. On Wednesday mornings at 10am in Woodford Green we have our low impact Keep Fit class which is a little more energetic and varies each week eg aerobics; HIIT; Legs, Bums & Tums; Total Toning and more. 45 mins. From 11am - 12noon on Wednesdays it’s Fitness Pilates with Aromatherapy Relaxation. These classes are run as 4 week courses and are particularly beneficial for spinal mobility, flexibility, balance, core strength and stress relief. Natural aromatherapy oils are diffused throughout the session. 45 mins Pilates plus 15 mins relaxation.
