I would have liked to return the trousers I ordered, but the return label I printed does not work. I have tried to return them at several different locations. Customer service can only be reached via email, and it takes several days to get a response. In my opinion, a product this expensive should come with proper and functional customer service! I definitely do not recommend ordering from them. In addition, the sizing of the trousers varies greatly depending on the model. They are not worth their price anyway—they could easily be half as expensive.

Slow slow shipping
Keep getting emails about how I like my jeans and have not received them after ordering a week ago.
Tracking says they will be here Monday, nine days after I ordered.
Bummer!! I planned to wear them on spring break. Hopefully when I finally get them they fit.

Mu address was not complete
I disliked that when I forgot my housenumber in my address, the order just passed "normal". I think the order may only be processed when the address is complete.
I would also like to say that communication about this was very kind and that in the end I received my order. But it took a few weeks ....

I would have given 5 stars as the short fit amazingly however, when I received them the button was broken off. I was able to replace it with a new button but for what I paid for them I would expect the product to arrive not damaged.

A must for tall girls
I found FitJeans through social media and found the website and checkout experience seamless.
As a tall woman (6ft 2) I find it extremely challenging to find jeans that are both long enough and that hug my frame in a way that is flattering. I love the high quality stretch of FitJeans and will never look back!
