The company was so helpful when I contacted FitMe about not being able to continue the program due to my.limited budget. They made me feel important and thankful I was honest with them. I would recommend my friends and family start this program if their days are really busy. It only takes a few minutes a day.

If you are looking for a straightforward, highly effective way to build a exercise routine, this app is an absolute game-changer.
The Initial Curve: Starting out, the workouts definitely feel tough. The first few days push your limits, but if you stay consistent, your body adapts surprisingly fast. After just a week or two, moves that felt intimidating become completely manageable.
Joint & Pain Friendly: What sets this app apart is its alternate training options. For anyone dealing with chronic back or knee pain, the modified, low-impact routines let you build strength without irritating your joints or causing flare-ups.
Zero Equipment & No Gym Required: You can do every single session right in your living room. You don’t need dumbbells, bands, or a gym membership—just your own body weight and a bit of floor space.
Great Value: Considering the quality of the routines and the health benefits, the price point is extremely reasonable. It easily pays for itself by saving you money on costly gym plans.
Bottom Line: Stick with it through the tough first few days, and it will completely change your routine. Highly recommended for beginners, busy people, or anyone needing lower-impact home workouts!

I had a very positive experience with FitMe. The workouts are well designed, easy to follow, and suitable for different fitness levels. The app helped me stay active, motivated, and consistent with my fitness routine.
I recently needed to arrange a temporary cancellation of my subscription due to health reasons. While I found the cancellation process less straightforward than expected and was unable to complete it directly through the app, which resulted in some email correspondence regarding the refund, the Fitme support team was responsive, courteous, and resolved the matter without unnecessary delays.
Overall, I would happily recommend Fitme for the quality of its workouts, the user-friendly fitness programs, and the helpful customer support.

I signed up to this for my husband, but he would not start it. I emailed the company and, within 24 hours had a full refund paid into my bank. I am sorry I cannot give a review on the course as I did not open the app. But to have a company who refunds without question makes me feel that they are genuine.

Started my yoga about 3 weeks ago and didn’t realize this was an ongoing charge l was going to pay monthly? I’m sorry but l don’t remember this when I initially payed to get the app plus the print out which is only for 6 days of yoga not a month as described.Talk about a rip off and false advertising it took my wife a good hour to talk to our bank and find a way to get into the app to cancel. Do your homework on this app it sucks😎

Instructions are confusing at times. Some exercises do show results in that muscles are being used.

As easy as this looks I really feel it when I’m done. And after only one week my clothes are already getting loose fitting. Another thing I appreciate is that it won't allow me to over-do. It forces me to only do one session per day, thereby not allowing me to do too much too fast causing myself much unwanted pain. I've already suggested this program to several friends

I find it 73 years old. I’m more flexible and when I’ve bend down, I don’t have to grab hold of anything to steady myself.

Keeping it simple instead of adding so many options. The workouts are just right for my level.
