I would like to take a moment to praise Mia from your customer support team. During my last order, I forgot to a final item to qualify for free shipping.
I was quite upset at my oversight but Mia was very supportive. She understood the value of long term customer loyalty and solved my problem by offering me a discount code equivalent to the foregone free shipping on my next order.
